About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst – Utilities to support mission-critical enterprise applications for a leading client in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting utility platforms such as ADMS, OMS, CIS, and Work Management systems, along with advanced SQL/PLSQL skills and expertise troubleshooting production issues in a 24x7 environment.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Energy & Utilities applications
• Advanced SQL/PLSQL skills
• Production support experience
• Debugging experience
• Log analysis experience
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise data flows
• Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group

Nice To Haves

• Utility industry experience highly preferred
