Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in application support, with strong hands-on ERP system expertise (Syspro preferred).
- Experience supporting ERP and WMS systems, including troubleshooting, customization, and enhancements.
- Working knowledge of SQL for reporting, analysis, and issue resolution.
- Experience working with enterprise applications in a production environment, ideally within manufacturing.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and modules.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve application issues across ERP and business systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Support production environments by monitoring system health, resolving incidents, and addressing recurring issues.
- Implement system enhancements and configuration changes to improve functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and vendors to troubleshoot complex problems and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, optimizing processes, and enhancing application support practices.
