Responsibilities

Identify complex problems and needs at the customer site and work throughout the work cycle until the implementation of the solution.
Lead recipe creation to optimize system performance and train PSE/AEs in recipe creation.
Perform application qualification of new technologies/features, execute beta sites, evaluations, and demos at customer sites.
Participate in customer demo activities.
Participate in finding solutions and follow up on solution execution.
Create new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
Analyze and transfer new application capabilities within the system envelope from the product division to the customer application support team.
Participate in customer technical review meetings.
