Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, specializes in the management of complex public sector IT projects, including systems integration, informatics and analytics, solution implementation and program management. This role involves application installation, configuration, and administration in production and non-production environments. Key responsibilities include application monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of service efficiency and quality. The position also entails applications support and maintenance activities such as incident, change, release, and problem resolution. Additionally, the role requires writing and validating application procedures manuals, including troubleshooting guides and backup/restore plans. Automation of administrative procedures for recurring system administration activities and providing installation and technical support documentation are also part of the duties. The role contributes to the structuring, maintenance, and development of the technical knowledge base supporting ICT Operations activities, and reporting on application availability, performance, capacity, and overall usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 10 year's of relevant experience
• A minimum of 6 years of experience working as an IT professional in mid/large IT infrastructure environments, including deployment, support and maintenance of applications
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working as an IT professional in the area of application administration
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with micro-services, container orchestration and container-based stacks such as Docker or Kubernetes
• A minimum of 2 years of experience administering and supporting Elasticsearch
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with enterprise Microsoft or Linux server solutions
• Good knowledge of the deployment and administration of Elasticsearch clusters
• Good knowledge of micro-services, container orchestration and container-based stacks using Kubernetes, Helm charts, Docker and Rancher
• Good knowledge of configuration management concepts and technologies (e.g. Puppet, Ansible, Chocolatey)
• Good knowledge of shell and/or PowerShell scripting
• Good knowledge of ITIL, including the incident, change and release management processes

Nice To Haves

• Good knowledge of DEVOPS
• Good knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and how they interact with applications
• Good knowledge of Kong API Gateway
• Good knowledge of Public or Hybrid Cloud services and solutions (Azure or AWS)
• Certifications in the above-mentioned technologies
