Job Summary: The CPQ Application Developer & Support Specialist is responsible for collecting requirements, design, development, testing, implementing and support of Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) solutions throughout the enterprise. This role will require working with Sales Operations, Product Offering Managers, and Engineers to capture the configuration requirements associated with different products and services to better understand the needs of the business and implement best-in-class CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior multiple implementation experiences of Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) system or equivalent, demonstrate strong technical skills, an understanding of business processes, a focus on user experience improvement, and a drive to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency through implementation and maintenance of Vertiv’s CPQ system. The CPQ Application Developer & Support Specialist should have prior experience collecting, writing, and maintaining product and service configurator specification documentation and work with development teams to drive and execute results. The CPQ Application Developer & Support Specialist will work to achieve streamlined processes, superior quality of service, and outstanding reliability and availability. The CPQ Application Developer & Support Specialist must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, able to work independently, comes with can-do , jump-right-in attitude. The ideal candidate must be a team player and capable of growing into leadership responsibilities. This position will be be based onsite at our Vertiv Westerville, OH - HQ location.
