About The Position

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Application Developer. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting design/development. The place of performance for this position is in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• MUST BE A UNITED STATES CITIZEN
• MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven development experience with a commitment to upskilling in Pega.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Application Development (Beginner)
• Web Application Development (Beginner)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements.
• Develop and implement Pega applications
• Customize and configure Pega solutions.
• Integrate Pega with other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
