As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Execute assigned development tasks with increasing independence while applying best practices and standards. Identify and resolve common technical challenges by analyzing recurring patterns and proposing effective solutions. Collaborate with team members to contribute to the continuous improvement of software components and processes. Engage in knowledge sharing to support team goals and enhance collective expertise. Participate actively in sprint planning and review sessions to align deliverables with project objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of IT experience
Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Spring Boot
High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience in Apache Kafka
1 year of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture
1 year of experience in Cassandra and Cosmos DB
1 year of experience in Kubernetes
1 year of experience in JUnit
