At Intelliforce, we build mission software that helps operators move faster and act with precision in environments where the details matter. In this role, you will work as a general-purpose CNO reverse engineer focused on network-based devices, helping design, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions for emerging mission needs. You will work closely with analysts, operators, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver tactical support and build capabilities that can operate where the mission needs them most. This role is a strong fit for an engineer who likes deep technical work, real mission problems, and tools that do not live on a shelf. You will augment existing toolsets, reverse engineer Linux-based network devices, build prototypes to validate requirements, and produce deployable solutions that work within real mission constraints. The work is hands-on and collaborative, with a mix of reverse engineering, software development, testing, and direct support to operational teams. At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your technical judgment matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another CNO role. It is a chance to build capabilities that deliver real mission results.
