About The Position

At Intelliforce, we build mission-driven capabilities that help operators move faster, adapt quickly, and stay ahead in high-stakes environments. In this role, you will act as a general-purpose CNO reverse engineer focused on network-based devices, helping design, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions for emerging mission needs. You will work shoulder to shoulder with analysts, operators, data scientists, and software engineers to turn technical insight into mission-ready capability. This role is a strong fit for an engineer who likes deep technical work with direct operational relevance. You will reverse engineer Linux-based network devices, augment existing toolsets, build prototypes to validate mission requirements, and develop end solutions that perform within real mission constraints. The work is hands-on, fast-moving, and varied, with a mix of reverse engineering, software development, fielded support, and close collaboration across mission teams. At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your technical judgment matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another CNO role. It is a chance to build capabilities that support real mission outcomes from the start.
