Job Purpose and Impact We are seeking an established professional individual contributor to support UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) reporting, analytics, and workforce data enablement in a complex, global environment. With limited supervision, this role develops, maintains, tests, and supports UKG Pro WFM dataviews, reports, dashboards, exports, and reporting-related configurations that help business users access accurate, timely, and actionable workforce insights. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Operations, Product, IT, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs, analyze labor, timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll-related data, and translate business questions into practical reporting and analytics solutions that improve visibility, decision-making, operational efficiency, and adoption of UKG Pro WFM capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain UKG Pro WFM application configurations, dataviews, reports, filters, prompts, exports, and scheduled reporting capabilities to meet user and business requirements.
  • Work with labor, timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll-related data to validate data quality, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support operational and business decisions.
  • Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
  • Perform configuration, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and support activities for fixes, enhancements, updates, and application version releases.
  • Support moderately complex software application testing and implementation activities to ensure changes are stable, usable, and aligned with business requirements and project goals.
  • Keep open channels of communication with users and respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Product, IT, developers, product managers, business partners, and frontline users to gather feedback, document requirements, support workshops, and ensure configurations and solutions align with standards, project goals, business requirements, and user realities.
  • Conduct advanced and complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
  • Review, analyze, and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests, translating business and technical requirements into clear workflows, reporting needs, support materials, and adoption plans.
  • Help ensure configurations, enhancements, and process changes are understandable, usable, and positioned for successful adoption through documentation, testing support, and partnership with delivery teams.
