About The Position

NationMind LLC is seeking an experienced UKG WFM (Workforce Management) Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions) solutions. This role is ideal for a technical/functional expert who has either deep hands-on experience with UKG WFM or a strong background in UKG Workforce Central (WFC) / legacy Kronos systems and is actively transitioning into the newer WFM (Dimensions) platform. The architect will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of various UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Leave, Attendance, and Attestation. They will also manage integrations with other enterprise systems, guide migration projects from older Kronos systems to the newer platform, gather business requirements, and oversee the full implementation lifecycle from design to hypercare support. The role involves troubleshooting, configuring device management, providing strategic direction, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG WFM (Dimensions) / UKG Pro WFM , or equivalent experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and legacy Kronos systems with demonstrated transition toward WFM/Dimensions.
  • Strong expertise in core WFM modules: Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Leave, and Attendance.
  • Experience designing and leading integrations using Dell Boomi or similar middleware/integration platforms.
  • Solid understanding of pay rules, work rules, break rules, and exception handling within WFM systems.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale implementations, migrations, or upgrades (WFC to Dimensions/WFM preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional and international teams.

Nice To Haves

  • UKG Pro WFM certification.
  • Prior experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect on multi-country or enterprise-scale UKG rollouts.
  • Experience with device configuration, mobile compliance, and analytics/reporting within UKG WFM.
  • Background in HCM/payroll integration (Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of UKG Pro WFM solutions, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Leave, Attendance, and Attestation modules.
  • Own the technical configuration of work rules, pay rules, break rules, and exception rules to meet business requirements.
  • Design and lead integrations between UKG WFM and other enterprise systems (e.g., HCM, payroll) using platforms such as Dell Boomi or equivalent integration tools.
  • Guide migration and modernization projects from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) / Kronos to UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), including data migration, configuration mapping, and cutover planning.
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable, best-practice WFM solutions.
  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, staggered rollout, and hypercare support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues across Timekeeper, Scheduler, Accruals, and related modules.
  • Configure and support device management (time clocks) and mobile access/compliance settings.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior consultants and internal teams on WFM best practices.
  • Maintain documentation of architecture decisions, configurations, and integration designs.
