About The Position

Lexington Clinic is seeking an Application Developer II to join its growing development team. The team builds internal web applications, data pipelines, and AI agents used by clinic leaders and staff. Developers work across all three areas, collaborating with users to ensure solutions address their needs. The role involves working from functional specifications, often validated through working prototypes, within an established codebase with defined patterns and shared services. Regular code review and mentorship from a senior engineer support the position’s growth focus. AI coding assistants are part of daily work, and the developer is expected to understand and take ownership of the code they help produce. The position is hybrid after an on-site ramp-up of at least 90 days, with three days on-site and two remote. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required. Attendance is an essential function of the job.
