This job is responsible for completing and tracking compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to policies and standards as well as local laws, rules, and regulations. Key responsibilities include supporting compliance deliverables and infrastructure requests, vendors, development teams, and technology managers to ensure timely completion of compliance activities. Job expectations include partnering with control functions, risk management, and Global Information Security teams to complete compliance deliverables effectively and efficiently. This position will require specific skills to ensure compliance of vendor application to Bank’s requirements, strong business analysis mindset and superb communication abilities to coordinate support activities between multiple stakeholders – LOB, technology partners and vendor, required for ongoing support and key strategic initiatives for ACE and ICDR/BillPay Mandates as well as to enable B of A Bills experience for related customer base.
