About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in SAP to join our Finance Application Functional Support (FAFS) team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing L1 Functional Support for the SAP HANA Finance ERP system, addressing functional queries and ensuring smooth operations. In this role you will play a key role in supporting the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules functional queries to align with organization's financial requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes within the SAP environment. You will analyze and optimize financial processes within SAP HANA, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will provide expert-level functional support to the finance community, addressing recurring queries and resolving issues related to SAP HANA. You will also support finance operations across Europe and North America, ensuring timely and effective resolution of functional issues.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in finance with a deep understanding of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA, particularly in the context of financial processes.
• Ability to analyze complex financial processes and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance to finance users.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for IT service management, SAP Solution Manager for application lifecycle management, and Jira for issue tracking and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 to 8 years) as a SAP FICO Consultant, with a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including implementation and configuration.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in supporting finance operations across multiple regions, particularly Europe and North America, is a plus.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules is optional
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM, or Jira tools is a plus.
