About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on AI engineer with strong software development skills and experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps, with the ability to deliver production-ready AI applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and production ML deployments
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, data processing, and software development best practices

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude), Prompt Engineering, and RAG
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and MLOps platforms
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Redis Vector DB), large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark), and other data technologies (e.g., Oracle, MongoDB)
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services
• Knowledge of Java or JavaScript
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git and Terraform

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy ML models for prediction, recommendation, forecasting, and anomaly detection
• Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and implement RAG architectures leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications
• Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, responsible AI, and model risk management standards
• Mentor team members and contribute to AI/ML best practices
