About The Position

We’re seeking an Application Support Analyst to support enterprise applications and web-based platforms. This role focuses on troubleshooting user issues, managing tickets, and supporting system updates and releases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in application or production support
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Ability to work with both technical teams and end users

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support and resolve application issues
  • Manage and track tickets (JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar)
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Support UAT testing and release activities
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business users
