About The Position

The Application Analyst - Maximo will collaborate with business partners and Technology Strategy teams to understand and refine requirements. This role involves creating and enhancing Functional and Technical Design Documents, identifying and recommending solutions that leverage COTS over customizations, and developing/implementing Requirements Traceability for complete testing coverage. The analyst will also provide production support and incident remediation, including on-call support, and be able to flex between project work, incident management, and support tasks. Effective communication across teams and stakeholders is essential, as is aligning work with Technology Organization goals and governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Agile delivery (Kanban, Scrum).
• Exposure to ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with utility or financial sectors.
• Experience with large-scale project development and application support.
• Experience with RPA tools, BizTalk, Maximo, WebSphere, and DevOps tools.
