About The Position

Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining Radiant/Cupid applications. Coordinates the analysis and development of new functionality within the Radiant and Cupid applications. Builds, tests, and implements new functionality, maintenance changes, and fixes for Radiant and Cupid applications. Reviews and completes scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades for Radiant and Cupid applications. Analyzes, diagnoses, and implements system and process changes related to radiology and cardiology. Ensures system changes follow change management procedures and protocols. Acts as application SME when assigned to project teams. Works with cross-functional teams on system functionality and configuration of new tools. Documents current/future state workflows for Radiant and Cupid applications. Develops, plans, and executes testing for supported applications. Consistently meets project deadlines and goes the extra mile to ensure dates are met. Troubleshoots, researches, and solves technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. Designs, builds, executes, and maintains integration test scripts and user acceptance test plans for Radiant and Cupid.

Requirements

  • 6 years minimum required experience in Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to effectively translate IT terminology and processes with key stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in high pace work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience Preferred.
  • Radiant and/or Cupid certification highly preferred
  • Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable.
