About The Position

Provides first tier support to application users and supports the integration of IAM requirements relative to governing logical access control for person and non-person entities to networks, applications, and systems. Answers questions or resolves application problems for clients in person, via telephone or electronically. Troubleshoots issues impacting operational workflows for providers and end users. Acts as a liaison between the end user and epic application analysts. Participates in testing activities, executes test scripts, and documents for test scripts. Demonstrates ability to grasp basic concepts of application-specific systems to support Go Lives, test scripts, documentation during installation and upgrade activities. Integrates methods to improve current operations, interoperability, and internal staff processes. Responsible for performing research, conducting analysis of alternatives, identifying gaps, and identifying use cases. Ensures adherence to and provides input on policies and procedures in the area of IAM; access provisioning, authentication, and authorization; Governance, and Compliance. Works closely with members of IT, HR, and Business teams in creating and automating efficient, consistent, and scalable processes. Responsible for protecting Cooper information by ensuring that only the appropriate people and processes have access to the right data at the right time. Frontline technical support to users. Creating and using standard operating procedures, FAQs, and job aids for new and existing applications. Documents and maintains the team’s workflow process. Process automation and scripting.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience in epic security experience and/or technical experience or Active Directory and/or Epic
  • Epic Security Proficiency completed within 6 months
