About The Position

We are seeking an Applicant Success Manager to join a rapidly growing program focused on building partnerships with small businesses. In this role, you will engage with prospective partners, guide them through the application process, and ensure a positive onboarding experience from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in customer success, sales support, or account management who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Support or similar client-facing roles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

Conduct warm outreach calls to interested prospective partners
Manage and prioritize inbound leads to ensure timely follow-up
Guide applicants through the application and onboarding process
Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, answering questions and providing support
Assist candidates through each stage of the funnel from interest to activation
Collect and review required documentation for onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all program requirements are met
Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM systems
