The Branded Service Technician role is responsible for ensuring excellent consumer experience in after-sales in home service. The service technician will be responsible for completing an assigned route of consumers who have appliances in need of repair/servicing. The service technician will diagnose and perform necessary repairs on all appliances as well as provide descriptive notes of the repair or service(s) rendered for visibility at many levels within the organization. You will also be responsible for prioritizing customers with time-sensitive repair needs. escalations. The Service Technician will represent Electrolux in a professional and proficient manner, keeping the consumer at heart, acting responsibly, embracing a people powered approach, and demonstrating a winning mindset in every service interaction.
