Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record are required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs following Grand Appliance Safety protocols.
- Customer service skills are required as you will be communicating with customers about their service.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in appliance servicing or repair is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to repair requests in residential and/or commercial settings.
- Diagnose and repair appliances using our proven Grand Appliance methods.
- Use tablet and/or smartphone technology to manage daily tasks.
- Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed.
- Handle other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly.
