About The Position

The Apple TV Publicity team partners with showrunners, talent and producers to develop high-impact campaigns that drive cultural conversation around the service’s acclaimed original series. This role is responsible for creating and executing innovative, strategic publicity campaigns across global media platforms for Apple TV, home to the world’s most celebrated storytellers. The focus is on building meaningful cultural moments through earned media that elevate series visibility from production through launch and beyond.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in entertainment publicity
  • Strong relationships with domestic/international journalists and talent/producer representatives
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of the industry trends and television/film landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can demonstrate creative and critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively lead and be a part of the larger publicity team
  • Works well under pressure and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborative skills and demonstrated ability to effectively project manage across large, cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop, shape, and execute comprehensive series publicity campaigns for dramas and comedies across multiple earned media channels, with an emphasis on cultural relevance and audience engagement
  • Serve as a key communications lead, liaising with producers, talent, representatives, production studios, executives and external partners throughout production, launch and momentum phases
  • Drive proactive media outreach to secure strategic press coverage and storytelling opportunities across a wide range of global outlets and content creators
  • Support the broader Apple TV Publicity team on cross-functional initiatives, awards campaigns and additional publicity responsibilities as needed
