Appian Developer
About The Position
As a low-code/no-code solution engineer at Booz Allen, you will support the management of low-code development platforms from vision through production-ready solutions, helping clients address complex challenges. You will develop user-friendly applications using Appian and other low-code/no-code tools, draw on programming and database knowledge to identify techniques that improve digital environments, and use cloud tools to develop solutions. Working collaboratively, you will help automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs. You will advise clients by translating their IT needs and future goals into architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods.
- At least 5 years of experience using Appian low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience developing applications using little to no code and using a low-code or no-code platform to create apps.
- Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
- Experience creating solutions to complex challenges in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products.
- Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Secret clearance.
