About The Position

Cintas is seeking an Apparel Sample Maker to construct and sew high-quality garment samples using a straight-needle sewing machine. The role also supports small-lot cutting as needed and follows verbal instructions and written tech-package directions for garment construction. The Apparel Sample Maker works closely with Technical Design and provides constructive input and suggestions to improve sewing productivity and product quality.

Requirements

• Proficiency in the use of a straight-needle sewing machine.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions in English and read and follow written instructions in English.
• Experience cutting and sewing garments.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in the use of buttonhole and hemming machinery.

Responsibilities

• Construct and sew top-quality samples using a straight-needle sewing machine.
• Support and assist with small-lot cutting as needed.
