About The Position

The Apparel and Accessories Associate is an entry-level team member responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The position involves a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. The posting also describes a Stocking Clerk role responsible for stocking food and grocery products, moving items from pallets or carts to shelf locations, handling backstock and waste, and helping keep the store clean, safe, and organized. This work includes overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead, customer interactions when needed, and other tasks that support smooth store operations.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.

Interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
