About The Position

UW Medicine Primary Care is seeking an ARNP or PA-C for a Flex APP position at their Kent/Des Moines Clinic. This role involves patient care and clinical support for other providers, including inbox management. It is suitable for new career ARNPs and PA-Cs. UW Medicine's mission is to improve the health of the public through patient care, medical education, and research. The Primary Care division offers a full range of primary and urgent care services, collaborates with specialists, and is dedicated to public health. They emphasize unique and comprehensive care delivery, including behavioral health, care management, lab and radiology, and an integrated electronic medical record. Affiliation with the University of Washington School of Medicine provides an advantage in delivering innovative care. Successful candidates will be appointed as Teaching Associates through the UW School of Medicine, holding annual appointments aligned with a 12-month service period. Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months over a 12-month period, with one month available for paid time off. The role includes primary care duties and some clinical teaching responsibilities.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Board certified ARNP or PA-C.
• Valid Washington State medical license.
• DEA Certification.
