You will provide comprehensive medical services, foster lasting relationships with your patients, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes. With over 20 clinics across Oregon and growing, we’re seeking passionate Providers to deliver functional, patient-centered primary care.
Requirements
- Active Oregon medical license (MD or DO) or eligibility to obtain
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Strong interest in preventive, Functional, and lifestyle medicine
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Experience with EHR systems (NextGen a plus)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
- Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
- Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
- Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
- Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
- Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
