Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts (or eligible).
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
- Valid DEA license and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR).
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute care visits across all age groups.
- Formulate evidence-based diagnostic and treatment plans in collaboration with supervising/partner physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Order, interpret, and track diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.
- Educate patients and families on preventive health, health maintenance, and disease management.
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
