APP (NP/PA) - General Internal Medicine, Fellow (Burlington)
About The Position
This 12-month, paid fellowship is designed for new Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) graduates who are ready to transition into confident, independent providers. The program offers structured learning, mentorship, and diverse clinical experience to ensure success. It is a full-time, 40-hour/week commitment with paid time off. The fellowship progresses through four phases: foundational learning and systems training, primary care integration with a partial patient panel, focused specialty rotations, and finally, independent practice managing one's own panel with full support. Requirements
- PAs: NCCPA board-certified/exam registered & MA license eligible
- NPs: AANP or ANCC certified & MA license eligible
- All: MA DEA/DPH registration & prescriptive authority agreements
- Completed application & current CV
- Letter of interest (≤ 250 words)
- Clinical-based recommendation letter
Responsibilities
- Engage in foundational learning and systems training.

- Practice independently managing a patient panel with support.
- Participate in a scholarly project.
