About The Position

The Platform Configuration Engineer is responsible for the preparation, configuration, maintenance, and deployment of the StrataWare Bill Review application across Quality Assurance (QA) and pre-production environments. This role serves as a critical link between Development, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, and Production Operations by ensuring application environments are stable, properly configured, and ready for testing and production releases.

Requirements

• Skills using BladeLogic and Developer tools
• SQL experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience

Nice To Haves

• Prefer a minimum of three years deploying code in a production environment

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the StrataWare QA environment and ensuring the highest possible uptime.
• Deploying regular StrataWare updates in accordance with the schedule determined by the Manager, to ensure all clients receive the most up-to-date version of StrataWare as possible.
• Achieving customer satisfaction by providing timely and knowledgeable response to clients’ highly complex technical product problems and concerns.
