About The Position

Drive growth of Digital Oncology FullScale solutions across APJ by leading technical and commercial sales execution for IT infrastructure, managed services, and cloud-based offerings. The role accelerates FullScale adoption, improves technical scoping and quoting quality, and strengthens conversion of complex DO opportunities, with an initial focus on high-growth markets such as India.

Requirements

  • Technical sales support for DO solutions (FullScale, Cloud, Select, Essentials).
  • Customer discussions on IT architecture, managed services, compliance, and lifecycle value.
  • Sales training and enablement for sales and distributor teams.
  • Sales volumes and potential of target customers.
  • CRM for forecasts and planning.
  • Analysis and evaluation of markets and customer needs.
  • Coordination of assignments, product developments, projects or services programs.
  • Sales and revenue related key reporting.
  • Development of After Sales Service.

Responsibilities

  • Own sales execution for Digital Oncology FullScale solutions including Select, Essentials, and Cloud offerings.
  • Deliver technical sales support for DO solutions (FullScale, Cloud, Select, Essentials).
  • Upskill zone teams as DO champions and internal advocates.
  • Provide technical and commercial leadership for FullScale opportunity scoping, pricing, and deal structuring.
  • Partner with APJ Cloud Solutions Marketing Manager, APJ DO Sales Manager and zone teams to accelerate FullScale pipeline conversion.
  • Lead customer discussions on IT architecture, managed services, compliance, and lifecycle value.
  • Coordinate with Professional Services, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Deliver FullScale sales training and enablement for zone sales and distributor teams.
  • Plans sales volumes and potential of target customers.
  • Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
  • Analyzes and evaluates markets (both technology and product portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers.
  • Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs for the customer.
  • Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
  • Contributes to the development of an After Sales Service that is focused on customers' needs.
