About The Position

The API Product Lead at Harvey owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Harvey’s APIs, which enable law firms and in-house legal teams to integrate with and build on the platform. The role translates customer demand into a product customers can adopt, build on, and derive value from, while balancing new capabilities with the reliability, security, and scale required for production use. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across product, engineering, and go-to-market.
  • High quality bar, strong product judgment, and an instinct for identifying where developer or customer experiences could break down.

Responsibilities

  • Define and track metrics covering who is building on Harvey, what they are building, and how much they use the platform; hold the team accountable to those metrics.
  • Connect customers building on Harvey and the teams supporting them with engineering.
  • Raise the product bar through rigorous specifications, reviews, and decision-making.
