Crum & Forster•Glastonbury, CT
•$87,400 - $130,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Travel Insured International (TII), a Crum & Forster company, is hiring a Product Owner focused on API-enabled partner and client implementations. The role turns strategy into a prioritized backlog of features and stories, with clear systems-analysis insight, to deliver high-value product increments and measurable business outcomes. The Product Owner owns backlog readiness and prioritization, story refinement, sprint and PI planning, acceptance criteria, UAT coordination, and delivery through the SDLC to deployment. The role has responsibility for delivery, acceptance, sign-off, and approval decisions, including final approval of functionality delivered by the team. It partners across business, engineering, architecture, UX, QA, compliance, operations, and external stakeholders to align scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans. For API implementations, the role gathers and documents integration requirements, workflows, data needs, constraints, and onboarding expectations; translates them into features, stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, implementation plans, and documentation; and works with engineering to validate capabilities and address gaps. It also improves partner onboarding processes, playbooks, documentation standards, and delivery efficiency. The position is preferred hybrid in Glastonbury, Connecticut, or Eatontown, New Jersey, or remote in the Eastern time zone.
