About The Position

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a technical team in the development and delivery of projects using spring boot, React.js, and Java. The role involves overseeing the technical architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of solutions to meet business requirements. This role will also architect and implement solutions using the spring boot framework to ensure efficient and reliable performance. Utilize Amazon Web Services to develop and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based solutions. Implement containerization using Docker for application deployment and management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical strategies. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain application integrity. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in spring boot framework for developing and deploying enterprise level applications.
• Strong experience in developing frontend applications using react.js, including state management and component architecture.
• Expertise in java programming language for backend development and integration with databases.
• Solid understanding of restful services, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to lead a technical team, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in java programming language for developing robust and scalable applications.
• Strong experience in working with spring boot framework for building and managing java based applications.
• In-depth knowledge of amazon web services (aws) for cloud based application development and deployment.
• Experience with docker for containerization to streamline application deployment and management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
