About The Position

Among the critical tools developed and supported by the Technology Consulting Development team is an exciting new project that combines Cerner Millennium automation with Oracle APEX technology. The Data Online Collaboration Tool has been identified by top leadership as critical to the accelerated VA rollout.

Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or previous work experience
APEX or Web development background
JavaScript

Responsibilities

Develop APEX applications
SQL, stored procedures
DBA: Database design (modeling diagrams, virtual private databases, indexes, etc)
Performance tuning
User Interface design
Full stack development
Working beside stakeholders (end users) to define and/or clarify functional requirements
Troubleshooting and debugging skills

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
