About The Position
TeamHealth has an exceptional role for a CRNA looking to take the next step in their career at Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko, Nevada. This role offers a highly competitive compensation structure, 13 weeks of paid time off, and signing bonus incentives. The position involves 8, 24-hour shifts per month, overseeing an all CRNA team. The CRNA will practice at the top of their license, providing oversight for both OB and pediatric services with expertise in peripheral nerve blocks, spinal anesthesia, and epidurals. Requirements
- CRNA
- Expertise in peripheral nerve blocks, spinal anesthesia, and epidurals
- Ability to practice at the top of your license
- Willingness to provide oversight for OB and pediatric services
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Oversee an all CRNA team
- Provide oversight for both OB and pediatric services with expertise in peripheral nerve blocks, spinal anesthesia, and epidurals
- Collaborate closely with hospital administration to ensure the seamless operation of the OR and OB department
- Participate in quarterly executive leadership meetings
- Present quality and performance metrics
- Participate in advanced leadership development programs, including LEAD and NMLC
- Help drive clinical excellence across the program
