About The Position
The Vineyards of El Dorado is seeking a dedicated and experienced Apartment Service Technician to help maintain and enhance our beautiful apartment community in El Dorado, AR. This is a Safety Sensitive Position and requires full, unimpaired skills and judgment to perform safely.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (apartment or multifamily preferred)
- Proficiency in appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, irrigation, and more
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Available for rotating on-call schedule
Nice To Haves
- HVAC or EPA Certification
- Pool maintenance knowledge
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance tasks, repairs, and service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Handle pool maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, and daily property upkeep
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the property remains in top condition
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls (on-call rotation required)
- Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and ensure tools and parts are available
- Partner with the Community Manager to uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
