About The Position
As the Porter your responsibilities will include: General cleaning of Interior and exterior apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and leasing offices. Assist with turnover cleaning as needed. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as bulb replacements, lighting Inspections, etc. Participate in snow removal efforts.
Requirements
- Basic janitorial skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal Instructions.
- Strong desire to continually Improve technical skills.
- Positive, “can-do” attitude, professionalism, and a high level of enthusiasm
- Self-motivated with high-level of initiative
- Desire to expand property maintenance knowledge and skills
