About The Position
Flynn Management is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for their apartment communities in Lake Butler and Hawthorne, Florida. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience, capable of working independently and possessing their own tools. The position involves hands-on knowledge and repair skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must own tools.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair.
- Must have a driver's license.
- Must have proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
- Ability to pass a basic maintenance exam.
- Provide references from prior supervisors.
- Complete a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct maintenance and repair tasks within the apartment communities.
- Be available for on-call emergency needs.
