About The Position
Flynn Management is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for their apartment communities at Forest Glen in Palatka, Florida. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience, capable of working independently and possessing their own tools. The position involves on-call availability for emergencies in addition to regular shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years similar experience
- Self-motivated
- Able to work independently
- Own tools
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and overall general repair knowledge
- Must have driver's license
- Must have proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
- Pass a basic maintenance exam
- Provide references from prior supervisors
- Complete a pre-employment drug, alcohol and background screening
