Apartment Maintenance Technician-Full time
About The Position
Flynn Management is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for their apartment community in Crescent City, Florida. The role requires a candidate with 3-5 years of similar experience, who is self-motivated, capable of working independently, and possesses their own tools. Strong skills in exterior repairs, carpentry, pressure washing, painting, siding, and general repair knowledge are essential. The position is full-time with a potential shift of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and includes on-call availability for emergencies. Applicants must have a driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance. All candidates will be required to pass a basic maintenance exam, provide references from prior supervisors, and complete pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screenings. Requirements
