Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively hiring a Maintenance Technician at Eden Park Apartments , a well-maintained 324-unit community . Requirements

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• Skills in: Plumbing (copper, basic repairs)
• Skills in: Electrical (outlets, fixtures, switches)
• Skills in: Appliance repair
• Skills in: Drywall, painting, carpentry
• Skills in: Water heaters (gas & electric)
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Ready to work Monday–Friday, 8AM to 5PM or 9AM–6PM + on-call rotation

Nice To Haves

• HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications

Responsibilities

• Knock out work orders quickly and efficiently
• Turn units (make-readies) to get apartments rent-ready fast
• Handle painting, drywall, and general repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating & cooling)
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid bigger issues
• Keep the shop organized and ready for action
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 6 weeks)
