About The Position

Westcal Management is hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians to support two apartment properties in the greater Sacramento basin. This is a full-time position with compensation and company-sponsored benefits. The role involves property maintenance, responding to tenant service requests, and performing maintenance work in areas such as lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and/or pool maintenance. Flexible availability is required to cover on-call hours. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, be eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in applicable aspects of property maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt, and professional responses to tenant service requests.
• Demonstrated experience in lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and/or pool maintenance.
• Flexible availability to cover on-call hours.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen.
• Good communication skills and ability to deliver high-quality customer care.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment property maintenance.
• Provide quality, prompt, and professional responses to tenant service requests.
• Perform maintenance work involving lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and/or pool maintenance.
• Cover on-call hours as needed.
