About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Worker to help maintain and improve our apartment community. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs. HVAC experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance or apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform basic repairs independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work safely and follow company procedures.
- Must be able to perform physical duties associated with apartment maintenance.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC experience or knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community.
- Complete plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance repairs.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare apartments for move-ins and complete turnover repairs as needed.
- Inspect buildings, common areas, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Work closely with management to maintain the community’s quality and maintenance standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
