About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to lead and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operations. This role involves completing and overseeing service requests, coordinating make-readies and upgrades, and ensuring efficient and accurate completion of work orders and unit turns. The technician will also participate in the on-call rotation, maintain organized inventory, and support the Property Manager with various maintenance projects. Upholding community standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction is a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years Previous Experience as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing REQUIRED
• Valid HVAC Certification REQUIRED
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Stable work history
• A personal set of basic hand tools
• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
