About The Position

Eden Park Apartments is seeking an experienced, hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team at their 324-home community in Brooklyn Park. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general repairs.

Requirements

1+ year of apartment, residential, facilities, or similar maintenance experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and/or carpentry.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and get the job done.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work Monday–Friday, either 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Nice To Haves

EPA, HVAC, Boiler, or CPO certification

Responsibilities

Complete resident service requests and maintenance work orders.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, carpentry, painting, and general building systems.
Complete apartment turns and make-readies between residents.
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community.
Help maintain the property's buildings, common areas, and equipment.
Participate in the rotating on-call schedule (approximately 1 week every 7 weeks).

$24.00–$26.00 per hour DOE
