About The Position
ABBitt Management, LLC is hiring a full-time, experienced HVAC-certified Apartment Maintenance Technician. The technician performs routine maintenance, work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance efficiently, professionally, and promptly. The role includes diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems; troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance issues; and preparing vacant apartments for new residents. Strong communication and customer service skills are required. Applicants must have general apartment maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license, and must pass a background check and drug screening.
