About The Position

A Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community. The technician organizes, prioritizes, and completes resident work orders and apartment turnovers. The role requires well-rounded maintenance skills, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry experience, and participation in an on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a relevant maintenance field.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Ability to support and contribute to a team.
• Positive attitude.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance or presentation.
• Reliable attendance; attendance is an imperative job function.

• Prior apartment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work orders and turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Track outstanding work orders and report their status to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to purchase parts and materials as needed.
