Requirements

2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
HVAC experience preferred (EPA or HVAC Certification & hands on experience)
Pool experience and CPO preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to help with on call
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid driver’s license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.

Nice To Haves

HVAC experience preferred (EPA or HVAC Certification & hands on experience)
Pool experience and CPO preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in apartment units and common areas.
Respond to resident maintenance requests.
Conduct routine inspections of the property.
Assist with on-call duties as required.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure property upkeep.

$18.00- $21.00/HR
